Right to cancel:

You can cancel and withdraw from your order within 14 Days of receiving your goods as long as they are unopened and in original condition. No reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which may be given in writing (an e-mail will suffice) or by returning the goods (at our risk). Please follow the details on the returns form contained in the delivery package to return an item.

Unless the item is faulty postage costs cannot be refunded.

Data protection:

We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the Federal data protection law, the telecommunications laws and the teleservices protection law.

You are entitled to receive information and to amend, block and delete your stored data. Please contact contact@togga.co.uk or send us your request by post.

Discount Codes:

We reserve the right to change or withdraw any discount codes at anytime without prior warning.
