Wetsuit, Clothing and Footwear Returns Policy

We know that finding a great fitting wetsuit can be a struggle, so our returns policy is designed to make purchasing a suit a bit easier!

If you buy a wetsuit which does not fit correctly simply send us an email at contact@togga.co.uk letting us know within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll then find out what suit you’d like to try instead, or arrange for a refund. It’s that easy!

All other items

We offer a full 14 day returns policy on all of our products. If for whatever reason you decide to return a purchase simply email us at contact@togga.co.uk telling us what you’d like to return. We will then provide instructions on how to return your item. Please note that items must be in the condition they were received in, and unused. The buyer is responsible for sending the purchase back to us

Faulty Items

Don’t worry! If you have a faulty item we will arrange to either replace it, or refund the cost! If you have a faulty Pool, Pool Accessory or Inflatable Item, it is covered under a full manufacturer’s warranty!
